# Terms and conditions

## 📑Terms of services

By purchasing and using Gioxrr Creations's products, customers automatically agree to the current Terms of Service.

**Ownership and Licensing:**

Customers are granted a license for the purchased server setups from Gioxrr Creations's but do not acquire ownership of the product. 

**Confidentiality:**

Users are prohibited from leaking, sharing, distributing or Use of any of my resources to create a new product to resell is not allowed. ensuring the confidentiality of the provided products.

 **Review Protocol:**

Customers are expected to seek support before posting negative reviews, allowing Gioxrr Creations's an opportunity to address and resolve any issues. 

**Product Modifications:**

Customers are allowed to make changes in the resource if needed but modifying or adding additional content does not make you the owner of resource. 

**Verification Requirement:**

Support services will only be provided to customers who have verified their purchase, ensuring the security and legitimacy of the transaction. 

**Leaked Plugins:**

Usage of leaked plugins in servers is strictly prohibited. Gioxrr Creations's reserves the right to ban customers found in violation of this policy. 

**Terms Modification:**

Immortal Studios reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service without prior notification. Any changes will be communicated on the official 

**Gioxrr Creations's Discord server.**

**Payment and Refund Policy:**

All payments made for our products are considered final, and refund requests will not be entertaining. 

**Legal Compliance:**

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Immortal Studios' products.. 

**Communication Etiquette:**

Customers are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally when interacting with Gioxrr Creations's support staff and community. 

**Termination of Services:**

Gioxrr Creations's reserves the right to terminate services or support in cases of violations of the Terms of Service.
